Amarone della Valpolicella



  • 55% Corvina, 30% Corvinone and 15% Rondinella.
  • 16,00% Vol.
  • It has an intense ruby red color, with garnet reflections.
  • The wine has a warm and spicy bouquet with aromas of dried and spirit-soaked fruits, along with hints of tobacco, cocoa, and spices, such as cherries, black cherries, sultana grapes, and cooked plums. The intriguing notes of white pepper and licorice add to its complexity.
  • On the palate, it has a great structure, it’s warm, full, complex, elegant, and velvety. Fine and round, with soft tannins and long persistence, it gives unexpected hints of fruit in jam and wild herbs.
  • 18 – 20°C.
  • Traditionally, it is paired with dishes of game meat, grilled meat, braised dishes, and long-aged cheeses. It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 18 – 20°C and to uncork the bottle one hour before consumption.
